This flavor is unlike anything you’ve tasted. Makes me want to leave America and live in Italy. It tastes so fresh and pure. Great for dipping and pizza topping. It is light and robust. The after taste is raw olive. I’m so glad that I purchased this after listening to Maya Rudolph and Dax Shepard rave about this oil on his podcast. I’m so glad I spent the money to experience this flavor.

I’ve been taking a spoon full of this olive oil along with a spoon full of macadamia nut oil and I feel so good about it. Improves digestion and skin. The taste is really peppery so you know it’s good. Worth the price and I will continue to purchase this brand for multiple reasons. Highly recommend.
